Forget multichannel marketing – today’s customers demand more personalised experiences and that cannot exist in a siloed media environment.

Omni channel and Multi channel advertising

Adobe are hosting a panel event to talk multi and omni channel advertising

Instead, marketers must move to omnichannel strategies if they are to deliver connected, impactful advertising, and technology sits at the heart of the process.

Learn how to master omnichannel advertising at an Adobe Breakfast Panel event, in partnership with The Drum, in September and discover how to make the most of technology to turbocharge your customer relationships.

The event, part of the Connected Advertising Experiences series, will feature business leaders revealing how to gain better insight into audiences, unite disparate data and eliminate silos in order to optimise ad spend and boost revenue.

It will explore what omnichannel really means for both your advertising and your customers and how it can empower you to meet your business objectives.

The morning kicks off with a keynote speech on how to market to people not devices, followed by a panel discussion and questions from the audience in a session moderated by The Drum’s deputy editor Cameron Clark.

The breakfast briefing follows research from Adobe in its 2019 Digital Trends report that shows omnichannel capabilities have risen in importance, with the aim for many companies to prioritise customer centricity over a “digital-at-all-costs” mentality.

The report, informed by 12,500 marketers, creatives and IT professionals surveyed, also demonstrates the need for a more unified approach to a business’s marketing technology – which is all too often notoriously fragmented, outdated or disparate with stop-gap solutions stitched together.

“Today’s customers demand more personalised experiences and technology sits at the heart of the process. Gaining better insight into audiences, uniting disparate data and eliminating silos remains at the forefront of every leader’s list of strategic challenges.” says Toccara Baker, Senior Product Marketing Manager at Ad Cloud, EMEA, sharing her professional insight.

The event is on Thursday, September 19 from 9am, and will be held at The Adobe Customer Experience Centre at the White Collar Factory in east London.
